Every Story In Song creates bespoke, original songs based on personal briefs submitted by customers. Each song is written and produced to order and is unique to the brief provided.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including briefs that contain offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content. If we decline your order after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Orders are placed through our online order form. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering via Stripe. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable and are displayed in GBP (£).

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a pricing error affects your order we will contact you before proceeding.

Current prices: Standard (5 working days) — £19.99 for Your Story In Song, £24.99 for Gift Edition. Express (2 working days) — £29.99 for Your Story In Song, £34.99 for Gift Edition.

Standard delivery: your song will be delivered within 5 working days of your order being confirmed.

Express delivery: your song will be delivered within 2 working days of your order being confirmed. Express orders placed within 2 working days of a required event date may not be accepted.

Delivery is by email to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses or messages being filtered to spam.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, though we aim to meet them in all cases.

Each order includes one revision after delivery. If something doesn't feel right — a lyric, a tone, a detail — let us know and we will revise the song accordingly.

Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of the song being delivered. Requests received after this period may not be honoured.

A revision means adjustments to the existing song based on your feedback. It does not mean a completely new song written to a different brief. If you wish to change the brief substantially, this will be treated as a new order.

Additional revisions beyond the one included may be available at our discretion and may be subject to an additional charge.

Because every song is created specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds once work has begun on your order. Work begins within one working day of your order being confirmed.

If you wish to cancel before work has begun, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund.

If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, a full refund will be issued within 5 working days.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by these Terms. However, by placing an order you acknowledge that you are requesting we begin work immediately and that your right to cancel under the 14-day cooling-off period is waived once the song has been delivered.

All songs created by Every Story In Song — including lyrics, composition, and production — are the intellectual property of EveryRoom Ltd until full payment has been received.

Upon receipt of full payment, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the song for personal, non-commercial purposes — including sharing with family and friends, playing at events, and posting on personal social media accounts.

You may not sell, license, broadcast, or use the song for commercial purposes (including advertising, sync licensing, or monetised content) without our prior written consent.

We retain the right to use anonymised or credited versions of songs in our portfolio, music library, and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing at the time of ordering.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you provide in your brief. We will not be held liable for songs that do not meet your expectations due to incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading briefs.

By submitting a brief you confirm that you have the right to share any personal information about third parties included in it, and that doing so does not breach any applicable law or third-party rights.

We will not create songs that contain content that is defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise unlawful. We reserve the right to refuse or modify any brief at our discretion.

We make every effort to deliver a song you will love. However, music is subjective and we cannot guarantee that the song will meet every expectation beyond what is described in your brief.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EveryRoom Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order you consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to that order. We will publish the latest version on this page with an updated date.
